How long will it take for my request to be made?
You can expect a typical request to be completed by the website team within ~48 hours assuming no overlap with holiday(s) or Lodge Events. If your request will take longer than 48 hours to accomplish, you will be contacted by someone on the website committee to discuss the request further and the estimated completion time.
Although on average, if your request is simple (i.e. Chapter Page, Name Update, Adding Pictures, etc.), your request should be completed by the timeframe mentioned above.
How do I update the orginal request I made?
At the completion of the form you should have the option to edit the one you just submitted. If you need to make an edit later on, an email should’ve sent to the one you filled out in the form with a link to edit your submission at the bottom of that email. If you believe these options won’t work for revising your previously submitted request, please contact website(at)oa7.org.
It's been 48 hours and I don't see my request made and haven't been contacted further about my request... What gives?!?
Sorry to hear your request has taken longer than the expected time. If your request fell on a date/time of a holiday or Lodge Event, most likely the website committee has not seen or been able to address your request yet. If this is the case, please wait 24 hours after the conclusion of the holiday or Lodge Event for someone to address your request.
