For assistance with Setting up and accessing your Member Portal for the first time, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Find the Email Invitation from no-reply-456(at)lodgemaster.oa-bsa.org with the Subject “Takhone Lodge Portal Invitation”

● Remember to check your spam folder

Once opened you can click Claim Account and move to step 2.

● Important: Your invitation expires in 14 days. If it expires, email membership(at)oa7.org for a new code.

Didn’t get the email or your code has expired?

  • Candidates:
    • It may take up to a week for information to be entered into our database from your unit election
    • If you need the Invitation re-sent or did not get one please email us at membership(at)oa7.org 
  • Members:
    • If you did not receive one this means your contact information is not up to date and we need you to update your information by emailing us at membership(at)oa7.org

DO NOT DELETE THE EMAIL until the setup is complete.

Step 2:

After Clicking Claim Account you will be asked to log in or create an Arrow ID.

Most members will have to Create an Arrow ID.

  1. Click “Don’t have an account yet?”
  2. Move to Step 2.1 below

If you already have an Arrow ID, skip to Step 4.

Step 2.1:

After Clicking Claim Account you will be asked to log in or create an Arrow ID.

Enter the following details:

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Email (Please use the email address the Invitation email was sent)
  4. Password
  • Passwords must have at least one uppercase (‘A’-‘Z’).
    • For a Stronger and more Secure Password, our Technical Team recommends using at least 8 or more characters with a mix of letters (Upper and Lower Case), numbers & symbols.

Confirm Your Email:

After clicking Register, check your email for a message from no-reply-id@oa-bsa.org.

Click Claim Account in that email, then follow the link to log in.

Step 3:

For New ArrowID Members:

Once signed in, if you see a “No Application Access” screen, click the “Have An Invite?” button.

Add Application Details:
  • Application:
    • Member Portal
  • Council:
    • 456 – Pathway to Adventure Council – Takhone Lodge
      • Type 456 in the box and it should pop up below the box for you click or tap on it.
  • Code:
    • Enter Code from Lodge Portal Invitation Email

After the above has been filled in click ADD.

Congrats your New Member Portal Account has been set up.
To access your account just click on your name or the Arrow

We recommend adding https://portal.oa-scouting.org/ and/or https://members.oa-bsa.org to your bookmarks for easier access.

Step 4:

For Current ArrowID Members:

Log with Your ArrowID Account.

After Logging in you will see a screen called Claiming Account Click Lodge Member Portal to be Taken to your Member Portal Account

Congrats your New Member Portal Account has been set up.

To access your account just click on your name or the Arrow
