The Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) is a meeting of the leadership of the lodge. The LEC is composed of the lodge officers, the chapter chiefs, lodge committee chairs and lodge, chapter and committee advisers.  They meet to plan lodge events, activities and to conduct lodge business.  The youth officers are the only members who are authorized to vote on lodge business. Meetings are conducted once per month.

Fellowships are annual lodge events in which the entire lodge travels up to perform cheerful service. Fellowships also serve as our induction events where Ordeal Candidates become new members of the lodge. Eligible members are also able to complete their Brotherhood conversion during fellowships.

Work Weekends

Work weekends are annual events in which the entire lodge travels up to perform cheerful service to our camps. No ordeal inductions are performed at work weekends. Eligible members are able to complete their Brotherhood conversion during work weekends.

The purpose of the LLD is to build the team of lodge leaders who will guide our lodge for the coming year and educate new Arrowmen on what the Order of the Arrow and Takhone Lodge is all about.

The event consists of a number of training sessions that will help us all focus our attentions on issues our lodge needs to again attain our Journey to Excellence Lodge distinction and increasing the knowledge of our members about the Order of the Arrow.

Cub Scouting

Takhone Lodge is dedicated to supporting all scouting programs of Pathway to Adventure Council. We will put on several program open to cub scouting including hikes and specialty events.

Haunted Hike
